Description
BRUT
With precious echoes of the passing of time, Abelé 1757 is one of the finest names in Champagne. Faithful to the philosophy of its founders, it takes the time and the material to perfect its craft.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!A creator of great Champagne wines, the House uses its artisanal know-how as a bridge between present and future. Like a fine goldsmith, its work embodies to perfection the creations imbued with finesse and precision.
For Abelé 1757, time is an ally and an inspiration. It is an emblem. A thread stretched through the ages. It is the common denominator of all the House’s wines, combining the epochs with today.
In the centuries-old cellars, protected from natural light and temperature fluctuations, the Brut Rosé ages to perfection, and is Abelé 1757’s ultimate charm.
Made from the best crus in Champagne, Brut Traditionnel is ready to drink after three years of ageing under ideal conditions, away from light and variations in temperature.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Magnificent salmon pink, delicate, clear and bright, tinged with intermittent coppery tones. An exuberant mousse comprising a mass of light, swirling bubbles, forms a steady stream in the glass.
coppery tones. An exuberant mousse comprising a mass of light, swirling bubbles, forms a steady stream in the glass.
Bouquet
Delightful red fruit aromas, revealing evident maturity, are reminiscent of the tender notes
so typical of raspberry and exquisite strawberry fragrances. These delicious aromas combine harmoniously to form a delicate, feminine bouquet.
Initially supple, the Champagne echoes the bouquet, revealing the same fruit character and finesse. Roasted notes complete the finish, accompanied to perfection by subtle, well-integrated sweetness from the dosage.
Food & Wine Pairing
An elegant, sensual Champagne. The ideal aperitif not only for its confirmed female fan-base, but also for the great romantics, Brut Rosé will equally shine paired with spicy foods or red fruit-based desserts.
Store & Serve
The right temperature
We advise you to serve the Abelé 1757 Champagnes at a temperature between 9 and 12 ° C to fully reveal their richness. Serving your bottle too cold would prevent the expression of aromas.
