How do I place an order online?

Placing your Order in 8 simple steps
Sign into the Yeshuas.com site, at the login button, using a name and password, which you have just created as a security measure. This is just a security precaution we use to protect your order information from unauthorised access. If you have not yet registered a user name and password, you can create them at this time or at the checkout.- 1. Login / register to the site if you haven’t already done so
- This is the place where you can remove items from your basket or simply hit the ‘Home’ tab to return to more shopping.
2. Select your shopping
3. Click onto the shopping cart icon
4. You will enter the Secure Server
5. Review your shopping cart.
7. At this point you can do the following:
- Hit the tab for any redeemable coupons that we might send to you, and insert the code on the coupon.
- Order notes which is optional
- Check or uncheck the boxes for receiving emails of our newsletters and promotional material.
- Enter your card details
- Before you hit the tab to proceed with your order, you need to check the box that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
- 8. Click onto “Place Order” bar. You will then receive two emails. One from our Secure Server / Merchant bank and the other from our Sales Department telling you what you have just purchased.

What if I have an out-of-stock or pre-order item in my order?

Items found to be out-of-stock during processing will be placed in
“Backorder”
status and shipped to you when available at no extra cost. If an item is placed in backorder status Yeshuas.com will keep you informed by email, until you are notified that we have shipped your order.

Can I cancel all or part of my order after it has been submitted?
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video, games and software products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, stating the reason for the return as “Contract cancellation”.
Please wrap the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we will receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

What are the return policies for online orders?

If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, simply fill in the returns slip and return the goods back to us and we will issue a full refund to your original mode of payment for items returned to us within 30 days.Under our 30 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with something you have purchased on this website, Yeshuas.com will give you a full refund on the price of your purchase. All you need to do is to return the goods back to us within the given time frame of 30 days, unopened and in their original condition and Yeshuas.com will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the items.
7 Days to Cancel Purchase for Non-Faulty Goods

On the 2nd January, 2012 a new European Law came into effect. This new law gives you a cooling off period of 7 days. In other words you can cancel your online order at any time for any reason you choose to state, within the cooling off period and simply return your purchase back to us within the 7 days of receiving the delivery, should you not wish to keep your purchase and be given a full refund. You also get the same protection under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the items have been unsealed.
We recommend for your protection, that you should use a recorded-delivery service when returning items to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, stating the reason for the return as
“Contract cancellation”. Please wrap the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we will receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: Yeshuas.com will only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see Delivery Policies for details of how to return defective items to us.
To return a defective product, please complete the enclosed note that comes with your delivery or go online and download the returns form, stating the reasons for your return. Then wrap the package securely and send the return item to the address below. In the case of a product being defective, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories.

Domestic Shipping
- Across this platform we offer various rates of flat shipping. It is set in accordance to what our distributors are charging. It all depends on the product and the distributor. If a particular company is offering free shipping, then we will pass it onto you our customers.
- If the product is coming from our warehouse then we will be charging a fee of £9.95 per delivery. Next day delivery is set at £17.95

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

- For deliveries within the UK: If your order is placed before 2pm on the same day, your delivery will be dispatched by 5pm. Your parcels should arrive within 2 – 3 working days. Sometimes it can take a little longer. If it’s been more than 8 working days, let us know & we’ll sort you out. If you’ve opted for extra speedy DPD, it’ll be with you the next working day.
- To check the earliest available delivery slot for the specific products you’re interested in, simply preview the product on the product page. At the moment we are working on a 3-day lead time before you can receive your order.
- For deliveries to Europe, please allow at least 7 working days for your delivery to arrive.
- The rest of the world, please allow at least 28 days for your delivery to arrive.

Can I send a gift directly from Yehuas.com?
- Yes you can send a gift from Yeshuas.com. When completing your online transaction simply put the gift recipient name and address in the “Shipping Address” section and your name and billing address in the “Billing Address” section.

What about items sent to undeliverable destinations?
- Yeshuas.com will not be held responsible for any delivery charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the guest initiating the order to ensure that the delivery address provided is a current, working address.

Why do I need to register when I want to place an order?
- By registering and signing up for our electronic newsletters, we will keep you informed of any new products coming to the site, money saving offers and special features and events. Registering with Yeshuas.com will allow us to provide you with the information you desire. Also registering online makes your shopping experience a lot easier for you the customer every time you visit our site or place an order. It also means you don’t have to go through the laborious task or entering your details every time you make an order. You just simply enter your name and password and all your details will pop-up.

VAT stands for value-added tax.
Most food and drink for human consumption is usually zero-rated (VAT), but some items are always standard-rated (VAT). These include catering, alcoholic drinks, confectionery, crisps and savoury snacks, hot food, sports drinks, hot takeaways, ice cream, soft drinks and mineral water. We will always give you a breakdown of your final bill.
When ordering from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the destination country. The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and / or price displayed for goods sold by Yeshuas.com and sold by our sister Company Yeshuas.com are inclusive of UK VAT. However, your final price may differ slightly depending on the actual VAT rate that applies to your order.
The VAT rate on delivery reflects the VAT rate of the items we are sending you.

Simply visit our Up Date Members Information section. You can update your password, address/phone number and email. It even gives you the opportunity to subscribe or unsubscribe all lists.
