TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Deep, satin-sheened, bright gold, full of expression and tinged with flashes of bronze. An abundant mass of bubbles originates from the delicate, lively bead, and forms a slender, superbly poised, stream of bubbles. Deep, satin-sheened, bright gold, full of expression and tinged with flashes of bronze.
Bouquet
Subtle and delicate, the bouquet releases delicious pastry notes of fresh butter and brioche, together with powerful, yet delicate, fruity aromas of white peach and ripe pear Aromas of sweet spices, notably cardamom and cumin, impart greater depth to the deliciously complex, multi-layered bouquet.
Food & Wine Pairing
Instantly approachable, Abelé Brut would make a fine addition to every classic Champagne occasion; a great aperitif, it also marries well with food, especially seafood, including fish and shellfish, and farm delicacies such as rabbit, duck and free-range chicken.
Store & Serve
The right temperature
We advise you to serve the Abelé 1757 Champagnes at a temperature between 9 and 12 ° C to fully reveal their richness. Serving your bottle too cold would prevent the expression of aromas.
