Made from the best crus in Champagne, Brut Traditionnel is ready to drink after three years of ageing under ideal conditions, away from light and variations in temperature.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance
Pale golden colour with greenish highlights.
Remarkably fine bubbles and a beautiful, persistent bead.

Bouquet
Subtle and delicate, the bouquet releases delicious pastry notes of fresh butter and brioche, together with powerful, yet delicate, fruity aromas of white peach and ripe pear Aromas of sweet spices, notably cardamom and cumin, impart greater depth to the deliciously complex, multi-layered bouquet.

Palate
Exceptional ripeness on the palate. Toasty, honey, and cinnamon flavours. This elegant cuvée has a full bodied, generous aftertaste.

Perfect for the aperitif or with a first course.
Instantly approachable, Abelé Brut would make a fine addition to every classic Champagne occasion; a great aperitif or with a firt course. It also marries well with food, especially seafood, including fish and shellfish, and farm delicacies such as rabbit, duck and free-range chicken.

The right temperature

We advise you to serve the Abelé 1757 Champagnes at a temperature between 9 and 12 ° C to fully reveal their richness. Serving your bottle too cold would prevent the expression of aromas.
